Ordering Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat Prescriptions may be ordered as follows:
- Patient access (24 hrs per day) – online via our website – ask reception for registration details. To use this service you will first need to get a log-in from the Practice. For security purposes this must be obtained by attending the Practice in person and producing identification
- Our Repeat Prescription Telephone No. is 02896 941594 available 8.30am -6.00pm
- By Letter – post your prescription request to us
All prescriptions, once authorised will be ready in 48 hours. Please bear in mind that requests for antibiotics and other one-off items must be approved by a doctor.
Hospital letters/urgent prescriptions will be processed on the same day if submitted before 12.00noon and will be ready for collection from 5.30 pm. Hospital letters /urgent prescriptions submitted after 12.00 noon will be ready 1.00pm the next working day.
